Al-Reuters withdrew all 920 photographs by a freelance Lebanese photographer from its database on Monday after an urgent review of his work showed he had altered two images from the conflict between Israel and the armed group Hizbollah.
Global Picture Editor Tom Szlukovenyi called the measure precautionary but said the fact that two of the images by photographer Adnan Hajj had been manipulated undermined trust in his entire body of work.
Now if Al-Reuters would withdraw all its blatant Anti-American & Anti-Israel crap they portray as news we might be getting somewhere… However I don’t see that happening any time soon.
Perhaps Reuters is secretly seeking a Merger with Al Jazera with their blatanly biased News Coverage.

I’m not sure a Lebanese freelance photojournalist adding some smoke effects to a photo makes Reuters a likely business partner to al Jazeera.
That’s a pretty extreme statement that the conservatives are taking and running all over the Web with.
The photographer wanted to ensure he got paid so he made the photos a little more dramatic. They slipped by editors, who are not overseas, hence the hiring of a Lebanese freelancer.
It’s a stupid error that exposed a crack in Reuters’ editing process that will now be fixed. I guarantee all photos being imported from freelancers will hit a filter to detect the work of extreme Photoshop doctoring.
Let’s not crucify a reliable news source for a mistake in judgement by a freelancer.
