UNIFIL helping Hizbollah??

And we all know about Kofi Anan making his remarks that Israel deliberately targeted the UN Troops. But not many know that UNIFIL has been actively involved in repairing roads for Hizbollah.
UNIFILis still facing serious restrictions in its freedom of movement due tothe ongoing hostilities and the extensive destruction of roads and bridges throughout the area of operation. Yesterday, a UNIFIL engineering contingent from China managed to do some repairs on a key road artery between Tyre and Naqoura, and the road is now usable for traffic. However, more road destruction was reported in various areas in the south.
Although the AP and other News organizations quickly and repeatedly reported the accidental firing incident as well as Anan’s comments, not one reported that UNIFIL is actively aiding a terrorist organization in combat operations against a member state of the United Nations. I wonder why

Why would the media report info that rounds out the picture better? Does’t fit a storyline they can work with.
