I find traveling out of the country very challenging
Come to being on a fast. When I was on a layover in Madrid on my way to Venice, Italy yesterday, the closest thing I could find to a smoothie to get a little protein was a coffee with vanilla ice cream in it. Traveling for 22 hours is very taxing under normal circumstances…
On this diet plan she may not lose any weight, but at least she’s able to see the world…
Is there any chance that Italy will keep her?

Yeah, it’s hard work. I would think anything on a diet is hard work. But she isn’t supposed to be on a “diet” is she? She’s using the Hussein Miracle Diet, but she isn’t being honest about it.
It will be interesting to see if she actually loses any weight during her fastfest.

Just wondering if anyone could help. I did something stupid and started my blog using a numerical archive system, and now I'd like to change it so that the post title is part of the URL for SEO reasons. Is there any WordPress plugins that anyone knows of that could switch it without sending Googlers to invalid pages? Maybe some sort of redirector to the correct page?
