Remember those who voted No on this essentially were advocating a policy that has failed before in Somalia. Had we engaged Terrorism in Somalia in 1993 we likely would not have suffered the casualties we have lost in the War on Terror, including those lost on 9-11.
Cut-N-Run Failed before in Somalia, there is no reason to believe that it will succeed in Iraq.
